1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website kaelonlabs.com and/or making a purchase, you ("the Buyer") affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You confirm you have read and understood the following Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability.

2. Product Purpose and Use

All products sold by Kaelon Labs are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory development purposes by qualified personnel. They are NOT for human or veterinary use, nor are they to be used as food additives, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

3. Customer Representations and Warranties

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher or work within a controlled laboratory environment.
• You understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling the products.
• You possess the knowledge, equipment, and facilities to handle these materials safely.
• You will comply with all applicable United Kingdom laws and regulations, and any other applicable international laws, regarding the purchase, handling, and use of these products.
• You understand that these products are not certified or guaranteed to be registered under UK REACH (the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019) and you assume responsibility for verifying their regulatory status for your intended use, including obligations under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH).

4. Waiver of Liability and Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall Kaelon Labs, its owners, or affiliates be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the handling, possession, or use of its products, whether used alone or in combination with other substances.

In direct consideration of the sale, you agree to indemnify and hold Kaelon Labs harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising from your handling, possession, misuse, or use of the product. This includes any action taken by a third party.

5. Regulatory and Legal Disclaimer

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any other UK regulatory body. Products sold by Kaelon Labs are not licensed medicines under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Kaelon Labs is a UK chemical supplier. We are not a registered pharmacy under the Medicines Act 1968 or the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, we are not a licensed manufacturer or wholesale dealer of medicinal products, and we do not compound or dispense medicines.

6. Use of Services

Our Services and products are for research use only and are not intended for personal use or consumption, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to use our Services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Kaelon Labs reserves the right to refuse sale if it believes a customer is violating these Terms.

All content, logos, graphics, and other material on our Services are the intellectual property of Kaelon Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to use it in infringement of any patent.

9. Orders and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

14. Affiliate and Promotion Terms

KAELON partners and affiliates must promote KAELON compounds strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory use. Affiliates must not claim or imply human or veterinary use, describe personal use or results, publish before-and-after or physique imagery, provide dosing or administration information, make any health, medical or performance claim, or target anyone under 18.

All promotional content must include the research-use line “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.” and must be clearly labelled as advertising with #ad shown prominently at the start.

Breach of these promotion rules may result in immediate termination from the affiliate programme and forfeiture of any unpaid commission.
